How long does it take to build my website?+
Most sites are live in 2–3 weeks. The Starter package typically launches in 2 weeks, Growth in 2–3 weeks, and Premium in 3–4 weeks. We move fast because we do this every day.
Do I need to provide content or photos?+
Nope. We write the copy and source professional photos if needed. If you have your own brand assets, great — we'll use them. If not, we've got it covered.
What if I don't like the design?+
Every package includes revision rounds, and we won't launch anything you're not happy with. We also send a free preview before you commit to anything — so you can see exactly what you're getting.
Is hosting included?+
Yes — hosting is included with the Growth and Premium packages. Starter clients can add hosting for a small monthly fee, or we can deploy to a platform of your choice.
Can I update my website myself after launch?+
Yes. We build on platforms that make it easy to update text, photos, and menus without touching code. We also offer ongoing maintenance if you'd rather not deal with it at all.
Do you work with businesses outside New York?+
Absolutely. We're based in New York but work with businesses across the US. Everything is handled remotely — calls, previews, revisions, and launch.
